For SELLERS, our initial report will give you an understanding of recent price trends in your local market, and show you clearly what you are up against in terms of other properties yours is competing with for the few buyers out there (including price histories of those properties). For BUYERS, our report will ensure you make the right kind of offers in the full knowledge of what has been happening to prices locally and what has been selling. Whether buyer or seller, you can also order UPDATES to see the ongoing dynamics of the local market so that you can continue to make the best decisions in relation to your property and pricing.
We present the relevant properties in such a way that you get a clear picture of what is out there in terms of similar properties and pricing. The information we provide in our Reports is based on analysis of close to 100% of the local market collected by The Property Week Limited, a company that has been reliably providing property data and analysis to leading property companies since 2002.
Our initial reports show you how local prices have changed down the years and include all the recent listings relevant to your property.

Our reports are based on the most up-to-date advertised prices (including price changes) which are the quickest to be reported and to reflect how the market is faring. Achieved price information is still covered by the Data Protection Act, but would always lag behind what is happening in the market. The reports are prepared especially for the person who orders them and they take up to a week to be posted out.
